This law transposes the EU Whistleblower Directive into national law and aims to strengthen the protection of whistleblowers. We want to ensure that individuals who report misconduct do not have to fear any adverse treatment within the framework of the legal requirements.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72a8b70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"72a8b70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Who is allowed to report?<\/strong><\/p><p>The law applies only to the workplace. Information regarding violations falls within the scope of the law if it relates to PET TRADE PRODUKTION GMBH &#038; CO. KG (including as a former employer) or any other entity with which the whistleblower has or had a professional relationship. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-deed7a7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"deed7a7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>What can be reported?<\/strong><\/p><p>Violations may be reported that involve unlawful acts or omissions<br\/>in the course of professional activities. These include, in particular: <\/p><ul><li>Violations of occupational safety and health regulations<\/li><li>Violations of the Minimum Wage Act<\/li><li>Violations of the Temporary Employment Act<\/li><li>Violations of data protection regulations<\/li><li>Violations of information technology security policies<\/li><li>Violations of environmental regulations<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5ce209 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e5ce209\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>How do I submit a tip?<\/strong><\/p><p>You have the option of contacting our internal reporting office or an external federal reporting office. However, the law recommends internal reporting, as violations can often be addressed most effectively within the company due to the close proximity to the matter. <\/p><p>Internal: By email to <a href=\"mailto:Hinweis@pettrade.de\">Hinweis@pettrade.de<\/a><\/p><p>External: If a violation reported internally is not resolved, you can contact the reporting office of the Federal Office of Justice online.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1fc6312 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1fc6312\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>What exactly is the internal reporting office?<\/strong><\/p><p>You can contact our designated confidential advisors at <a href=\"mailto:Hinweis@pettrade.de\">Hinweis@pettrade.de<\/a>. Only these authorized individuals will have access to your report. Unauthorized employees or management will not have access to the content of your report. All information is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the confidentiality requirement of Section 8 of the HinSchG.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-afaca23 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"afaca23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Tips for Your Report<\/strong><\/p><p>Please describe the incident in as much detail as possible using the five Ws:<\/p><ul><li>What happened?<\/li><li>Who is involved?<\/li><li>When did the incident occur?<\/li><li>How did it go?<\/li><li>Where did it take place?<\/li><\/ul><p>After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation and updates on the progress of your case.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9bf3ba7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9bf3ba7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>How are you protected from retaliation?<\/strong><\/p><p>If you experience discrimination after filing a report, the burden of proof is reversed:<br\/>The person who discriminated against you must prove that it was not due to your report.
